Sumit Khadaria

Sumit Khadaria is a practising advocate having over half a decade of experience, before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and Tribunals in India. In a short span of his career, Sumit has advised and represent a wide array of clients operating in the industry of online gaming, telecom, e-commerce, logistics, Fintech, banking, manufacturers, exporters and trading concerns, real estate and industry associations in some high stake and contentions matters relating to taxation and allied areas. He has also advised CXOs of leading e-gaming companies on investigations, search and seizure conducted by DGGI authorities. After graduating from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, he began his career with the Law office of Mr Aseem Chawla, a prominent counsel (and now a Senior designated Advocate), and lately practiced with Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan Attorneys (LKS), Delhi Office, a top tier law firm of the Country before starting up FLC.
